Name Change Policy

A name change may be permitted under specific circumstances, provided that valid supporting documents are submitted (such as a marriage certificate, Deed Poll, or passport copy). A non‑refundable service charge of USD 50.00 will apply.

Name Changes Are Allowed

• If your booking was made under your maiden name instead of your married name (or vice versa).
• If you have legally changed your name through a Deed Poll for reasons other than marriage.
• If you have multiple given names and need to add a second name that was left out during booking.
• If you need to correct minor errors (up to three letters) in your first, middle, or last name.
• If you wish to adjust your title (e.g., Mr. to Mrs./Ms.).

Name Changes Are Not Allowed

• Changing the ticket from one person’s name to another (e.g., Mr. A to Mr. B).
• Tickets purchased through travel agencies are not eligible for name changes.

Important Notes

• Name changes are subject to verification and approval.
• Name changes are permitted only on *wholly unused tickets.
• Tickets purchased through travel agencies are not eligible for name changes.
• The original ticket remains valid for reissue after minor corrections.
