Malawian Airlines: 2015 Service Excellence Award Winner…..Fly with the best

 Accolades shower Malawian Airlines as the flag carrier approaches its third year in operations. The airline was recently awarded the 2015 Service Excellence Award (SEA) in recognition of excellence in the category of Air Transport Sector by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM). CICM is a global customer management professional board serving to promote best practice in the discipline of Customer Relationship Management through recognition and reward. CICM has its regional head office in South Africa and partners in over 25 countries on 3 continents.

The CICM award endorses Malawian Airlines as a provider of high quality customer service within its sector. CICM indicated the award is given considering the airline’s commitment, added effort and extra mile taken in serving its clientele. This testifies Malawian’s pledge to customer-centricity service delivery.
